The Crosman DPMS Classic A4 is designed to replicate the popular AR-15 platform in a smooth shooting, accurate air rifle. Crosman's Nitro Piston power plant utilizes compressed gas propels that a piston forward to compress air in the receiver behind the projectile. The Nitro Piston offers lighter weight, a great reduction in noise and vibration, and the option to leave the rifle cocked for extended periods, which might cause weakening of a spring. The Classic A4 also features a rifled steel barrel, a durable synthetic stock with built-in sling mounts, a railed "gas block," and a Picatinny top-rail for the included CenterPoint 4x32mm scope.
