The Walther PPQ series is an evolution of a P99QA variant of the Walther P99 model. Compared to P99QA, the PPQ series utilizes a fully-cocked striker, redesigned grip, trigger guard, and slide with big serration. Its main innovation is a Quick Defense Trigger, which is considered the best striker-fired trigger. Thanks to its reliability, size, and lightweight construction, the PPQ is ideal for concealed carry, home defense, duty use, or competition shooting. The PPQ series is compatible with P99 sights and P99 2-gen magazines and other accessories. The PPQ has several variants, such as PPQ Tactical Navy, PPQ Tactical Navy SD, PPQ First Edition, PPQ 22 (22 LR), and PPQ Sub-Compact. It's available in 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 ACP calibers, various barrel lengths, and gun weights.
