This is “ my opinion” it shows green and red box like other sellers show, but will get different box graphics if ordered. This green box was the real deal with red sealer around primer and made by Sellier some time ago, now you get black and gold box made by Magtech “ if I am not mistaken, my opinion” I could be wrong but believe I’m correct.
The black and gold boxes are still made at the historic Vlašim plant in the Czech Republic. This Sellier & Bellot plant is almost 200 years old but it runs on state-of-the art technology. S&B produces 2,000,000 rounds at this facility every day. CBC owns Sellier&Bellot (Czech), MagTech (Brazil) and MEN (Germany), all are operated as separate divisions.
$15 to ship it kills the deal. Good price per box though.
FYI: a much better way to find the best ammo at the best price is to use one of these two search engines:
ammoseek.com
ammograb.com
What I like about Ammoseek are the wide array of filters that you can set to find exactly the caliber, bullet weight, quantity, brand, type (TMJ, JHP, etc.), and, of course, price per round.
A word of advice. Resist the temptation to buy the cheapest ammo you can buy (like steel-cased Wolf or Tula) as well as brands like Remington UMC that are known to be some of the filthiest ammo around.
You can buy high quality ammo at 18 cents around. You may wish to check out Federal Armament's a reloaded 115 grain TPMJ (Total Poly-metal Jacket) coated round-nose bullets with ultra-hard lead-antimony cores. (http://www.fedarm.com/product/9mm-115-grain-tpmj-bonded-lead-core-rn/...).
$89 for 500 rounds shipped.
I've also had good results with CCI Independence in both TMJ & JHP. Their aluminum variant is cheaper and lighter than their brass, but just as good for the range.
I typically buy Independence JHP 9mm @ $0.28 round. It's clean-burning and accurate. Also, cheap enough to use for range practice. Other preferred choices of mine are Aguila, Fiochhi and CCI Blaser.
(BTW, S&B's 124 grain RN's are actually better than their 115 grain TMJ's in terms of accuracy and reliability. They also make a leads-free round).
The polymer coating on that FedArm stuff looks like someone coming off a three-day bender applied it with an old paint brush.
If you want quality polymer-coated ammo, check out Palmetto Projectiles.
Beware, they might not arrived in same packaging which it happened to me. It came in those white boxes. A lot of them have slight indentations on the primers. However, I shot about 100 rounds, they were ok, but not impressed.
WTF is this::
"Coupon SH1444 can be used 1 time(s).
You have used the coupon 1 time(s) already so it will not be applied to this order."
Best prices on ammo thanks sporstsmans warehouse
Used the two useless $10 off coupons SG sends with the BC signup on these. After shipping and tax (and illegal tax on shipping here in CA), $8.77/50.
Since you can only use code SN365 one time and I, and probably many others have already used it, I wish they would quite posting it over and over because you have to go all the way to the item on their website to know for certain what the price is without the code applied.
Only ammo that resulted in light strikes in my SCCY CPX-2. All other ammo I used ran well. Worked fine in my Taurus PT111-G2 though.
FYI It is now $12.99 a box ($12.34 buyers club)
$17.99 for shipping??? Ripoff! Even with the current "discount" code, it's still 24c per round.
Better deal if you are a Sportman's Guide member
https://gun.deals/product/50-rounds-zvs-9mm-luger-115-grain-fmj-ammo-1662-free-shipping...
ZVS ammo is cheaper. If you have a Sportman's Guide credit card, you can save an additional 2.5% off ammo purchases.
13 boxes - 148.07
SN365 - 20% = 118.46 + 15.99 shipping = 134.45 - 2.5% SG credit card = $131.08
$131.08 for 650 rounds = .20 cents per round
I wish it were 0.20 cents (not dollars) per round :-)
Thank you! Someone with some sense. Do not complain about ammo prices and then not effectively buy cheap ammo....
9mm is easily found at .20/round or less.
But then again save the deals for me!
Don't forget 5% fatwallet cashback. With that and 2% Citi Card double cashback CC (2%) the final member's price for 13 boxes (shipped) is $125.41 (19.29c per round) -- not bad at all for high quality ammo.
Fat Wallet has restrictions for the 5% back on ammo.
Restrictions for Use
Cash Back not available on gift card purchase or redemption. Cash Back not available on these ammo calibers: .22, .223, .30-06, .308, .38, .380, .40, .45, 5.56, 7.62, 9mm, CCI Shotshell. Shipping discounts & Buyers Club Membership Fees coupons are deducted by the merchant from the total sales amount reported, thus reducing the Cash Back eligible total.
It does say that, but I have gotten the cash back EVERY time!
Despite this statement, I received cashback on _all_ of my past SG ammo purchases (and Cabella's too) most of which were 9mm. This time it's been confirmed, as usual, within 12 hours of placing the order ($6.32 reported). If this is something new and my cashback gets denied later, I'll update this post/comment.
Comes out to $.24/rd shipped if you don't join their $30 buyers club
No free shipping if you use the 20% off so it's under .22 shipped
Is the Cabela's brand, "Herter's" the same as S&B? I remember reading Herter's is made in the same factory as S&B, but does that mean it's the same ammo?
I like doing business with SG. Never had a bad deal from them. Love it when I can upgrade my ammo without the extra expense. Especially Czech S&B ammo!
I went with just ten boxes since that's factory boxed right. Hence I'll be getting my order why the poor warehouse guys are trying to fit 13 boxes in a sensible box for your orders. LOL.
Non-members best deal seems to be 12 boxes with code SN365. Comes out to less than 22 cents.

I'm in. You won't do better for under 21c/rd shipped.
When you add $16 shipping you're at $134.45. Great ammo though.
I just got this very same ammo from AmmoMan for 23 cents a rd with shipping.
Never heard of Glens Outdoors. Not a huge gun guy but I always keep up to date on prices and good deals. Safe to proceed I assume?
Good service and you can call them directly if need be. An associate helped me to ammend a placed purchase.
This is a good deal even after you add shipping as long as you buy in quantity.
I managed 1000 rounds 9mm and two boxes of federal gold medal 308 shipped for just a few dollars over 275. I got a boner.
Sportsman's Guide had this a few days ago (Thursday). A case was 254 shipped (non-member) and came with a 15 gift card. It shipped the next day. With shipping this is more than .10 cents per round more...Ill pass, thanks for another crappy deal Natchez.
Stop panic buying! They say it's .30 a round....UNTIL YOU FIGURE SHIPPING! .39 cents a round!
Natchez is a scam. No comment gets wasted one more time reminding about this fact.
quit posting for natchez.... no one here is buying from them
Good price on dirty ammo and a 2 box max - you need to be seriously desperate or crazy to pay these prices on shipping for 100 rds... F MIDWAY
Cry RAPE! It may be legal, but it is not ethical. Midway just lost all my future business. Two boxes and $15.00 shipping? They promised not to "price gouge" on the prices of ammo when it began to come back into stock, but I guess they decided to make it up on shipping and handling. Ordered 5 boxes of .380 for my wife from Cabela's a few weeks back and only cost $7.00.
At this point, I am giving my Local Shop the business. I have watched Midway ass rape people on shipping scams.
Thanks for the info ottomatic.
