Not long ago I got my hands on one of SAR USA’s 109T, I did a review on that and I really liked it, I saw all these possibilities in my mind so this is the follow-up video accessorizing and upping the fun factor of the 109T. You’re gonna wanna check this out.
I’m Drew case from Beyond Seclusion where it is what it is and I only give you my honest opinion. Ok, so, is SAR USA one of the best kept secrets, it shouldn’t be and neither is the 109T. When I got my hands on it and had some fun, in fact, let me just show you a real quick recap of what I was able to do, you know, before going nuts and accessorizing, check this out.
So, real quick here, what did I do, I took their flash suppressor off so I could thread my can on. I got my Viridian X5L laser light which, you know, just the fun factor goes crazy and if you’re looking for home-defense PDW I think this is the way to go. Also, when it comes to the mags if you have a 109T it is difficult to find the mags from SAR USA, I did find at GunMag warehouse, they have the metal form and these work really well. All we have to do is just an ever so slight modification filing about a half mil to one mil off on where it catches on the mag release and they work and they’re half to one-third, one-fourth, to cost of the others and they’re readily available and my UpLULA fits those perfect.
The one that’s really gonna take the fun factor through the roof is Franklin Armory’s binary trigger system, the BSF3 AR S1, I’m gonna show you what we can do with that and then also Primary Arms 1X MP, I had this in original review, this prismatic optic was designed specifically for the 9mm, much better at distance and not that it’s bad up close but it has the BDC in it which we’re obviously not gonna have to use back here but it’s a solid optic, I really like it so I left that on and then, of course, this thing comes with ambidextrous quick detach so I got my single point sling on here. Alright, let’s start having some fun.
So, if you do some bench shooting you’re gonna quickly discover, like me, that, yeah, you know, 30-33 round mags are awesome for doing mag dumps and playing with the binary trigger system but they really kind of suck at least I think on the bench because they’re digging into the bench so I like to have my 10 rounds in fact most of my shooting I’m doing with my 10 round and you can’t find 10 round for SAR USA for the 109T and that’s where the metal form comes in and so I did just a little modification just here on the very upper lip there, we just needed to take off about a half a mill to one mil and now this works, let’s try it out. And to do this I’m gonna use my Viridian X5L and we’ll just put the green laser on target there. All 10 rounds no hold ups, no failure feeds, nothing. Now, I will say when I went to the 33 round I did have a couple times where it was failing to feed, but the smaller mags for sure, without doubt, I have had no issues and it could just be kind of in my experimentation.
What I wanna try now is I wanna try my Franklin Armory. Binary, we’re gonna flip it into binary mode. Let’s see how we do here, you know what, let’s just use the green laser here at about, I don’t know, 10 yards. That was all 30 rounds. Fortunately, I got some help with this ammo from SAR USA.
Here’s another reason why you need the UpLULA, if you get the Franklin Armory binary trigger system the BFS you’re gonna need one of these. There you go, guys, gotta have the UpLULA.
Alright, let’s just see how fast we can dump with the Franklin Armory binary trigger here at, I don’t know, 10, 15 yards. OK, you ready?

Ok, with the binary trigger system it’s easy to do mag dumps and it’s a lot of fun.
