Its lightweight and snag-free profile are based on a polymer frame and a stainless-steel slide with the Armornite finish, making it very resistant to corrosion. A fixed, prolonged stainless-steel chassis is submerged into the frame, taming recoil and enhancing control. Muzzle jump and flip are also reduced by a high grip-to-barrel bore axis, which makes aiming during rapid-fire faster. There are fish scale serrations machined in the slide for better handling while chambering rounds or racking the slide.
