Designed for concealed carry, the Beretta Pico is a compact, semi-automatic handgun, chambered for the .380 ACP. The Beretta Pico weighs 11.5 ounces unloaded and has a length of 5.1 inches, with a barrel length of 2.7 inches. It is a double-action-only pistol. The gun's frame is composed of polymer. Except for the iron sights, the slide is mostly constructed of stainless steel. Six rounds fit in the Pico's magazine, and one more round may be stored in the chamber. The handgun has an elegant slide stop that locks open when the magazine is empty. All Beretta Pico pistols manufactured after 2015 feature new springs, which slightly improve spring weight. Similar to the Beretta Nano, the pistol's interior is also removable to allow for grip replacement or thorough cleaning. The Pico was created for self-defense and deep concealment, and because of its compact size and snag-free profile, it is more suitable for carrying in the pocket or on the ankle.
