The Mega Arms Stripped AR-15 Lower Receiver is forged from heavy duty 7075-T6 aluminum and precision machined to Mil-Spec dimensions for compatibility with all your favorite parts. The front strap of the magazine well is textured for people that like to use it as a grip. Once the machining process is finished this forged lower receiver is finished in a Mil-Spec type III class 2 hardcoat anodization that improves corrosion resistance and protects against normal wear and tear.
