Well I had to pay $19.99 shipping so more like $195 after rebate. For $200 looks like a great value for a range gun. Would be a good truck gun but doubt I could find tritium sights cheap so sticking with Taurus G3s for my truck gun(s).

Maybe you should stay away from firearms if you cant even use a computer. Did you notice the email for price button right next to the add to cart button? Apparently not. Some people definitely should not own a gun.

"Maybe you should stay away from firearms if you cant even use a computer."
You should rethink that silly statement. Traditional firearms and computers are different critters. I don't see a connection. By that type of thinking an ignorant doctor could say you should stay away from firearms and computers if you can't safely remove an appendix. Again, different critters, no connection.
You might not predate computers, but firearms do predate computers, by a long time. Yes, there was life before computers. Feel free to use google on your computer to fact check that. Many firearm innovators never used a computer. John Browning and Samuel Colt are two that quickly come to mind. Once upon a time there were folks who knew their firearms well and liberated our country with them while not having a clue about computers that weren't in existence. A few living buddies of mine fought in 'Nam and are very proficient with firearms but they don't know shit about computers and aren't interested in learning about them and owning one. I don't blame them one bit. I'm thankful for their friendship and service.

As soon as I got to checkout, the price changed and jumped to $329 plus $19.99 shipping. Guess it is not on sale anymore.

Click the green "Email for Price" box on the product page at the seller's website and fill-out the little form that pops-up. Then check your email. They should send you a code to enter on their website that drops the price down to the sale price shown.

Damn, thems Hi-point prices! I hear these aren’t near as bad either. We all know they can do shotguns right.

Here's a review of the STR-9c. It's a great gun for the money.

This is a very good deal for a nice, reliable and combat accurate handgun. For $175 after MIR, you probably cannot do any better than this. Full length slide rails, a steel guide rod and spring, a nice picatinny rail for accessories and a steel magazine, swappable grip panels, undercut trigger guard and changeable sights are features one finds on pistols twice this price. I mean after all we're in the same price range as guns like HiPoint and Taurus pistols. Although Taurus is in my opinion another good option and definitely 10x better than a HiPoint paperweight....
The reviews are very positive on the Str9 with the biggest complaints being the 6lb trigger and the very deep, sharp slide serrations for those carrying IWB. But as a home defense, truck gun and even a CCW this pistol is a steal. I'm in for one.

P.S. has anyone done business with gunprime? How was your experience?

Big fan of Gunprime. They’re a solid vendor and follow-through on orders. I’ve bought from them 2-3 times.
