how much customer service do you expect to need for a $20 knife?
i bought one last week. it's fine. i don't like the default clip configuration but it's easy to change. i do like the price and its thinness. a good thin back-pocket knife.

Well worth $20
I bought one, $20 shipped no tax was too good to pass up. Will update on arrival.
Came in today. Nice knife. Good solid weight and build feel, everything is tight, no rattles whatsoever. Deploys quickly and smoothly and locks solidly into place with an audible "click". Blade came with a nice edge on it. Takes just a little bit of extra pressure to fold back in, but that's not necessarily a negative for safety reasons. Have average-sized hands and the finger grooves on the grip fit perfectly and hold your hand firmly and comfortably in place.
Would I pay $60+ for it? Probably not. $20 shipped? Absolutely and a great deal.
Before ordering because of a good price and free shipping, searched for complaints about them and found many about their customer service. They responded initially but never to followups. I walked away. Buyer beware.
