Small/Medium: adjustable from 34" - 42"
Large/X-Large: adjustable from 43" - 50"
Plate capacity:
Small/Medium: accepts Medium BALCS/SPEAR cut soft armor,and plates up to 10" x 12.5"
Large/X-Large: Large/X-Large - accepts Large BALCS/SPEAR cut soft armor, and plates up to 11" x 14" (Plate thickness should be less than 1/2 inch to fit)
