The 16" A3 version is in stock and shipping out but you gotta find an upper without M4 feedramps. Surprised me I got the tracking next day, it's not here yet so hopefully it gets here before the summer

Missed out on the Odin SW barrel deal? These are a DEAL. TIK TOK. .code janend works for all but deal even without code dropped hammer on a tactical stealth midweight. If sub MOA will be pleased. Just remember- you cant eat barrels.

ohhh. Didnt catch that. Wait is no big deal but this changes things. So... These are yet to be manufactured by Larue in a large production run for OP where OP is openly advertising them at half price. Will these be the same Larue quality we have associated with Larue in the past? Larue willl know while making the product where its going to and what they are selling it for. These are selling for less than a good blank. What is larues motive to keep the quality level the same as its products it is selling for double? All these manufactuers look at their barrels with bore scopes. Will OP get the grade c's. I dont know just wondering. To get the "luck of ther draw" where barrels are not looked at and graded you have to pay. If grade cs are discarded the product costs more not less. A manufacturer that is making complete uppers and rifles will look at the barrels bore and grade As go on their finished products. That the way it is. If they are going to cull the grade cs its going to reflect in the price IMO you just cant produce a good USA made barrel for $150. A krieger or Bartlein blank is $300. Of course these are button not cut like those. If these were closeouts thats one thing but this deal amounts to payment for a production run in the future. THe circumstances make me suspicious.of what the barrel quality will be. I dont mind luck of the draw. If grade As have been used to make finished products gradeBs sold as a part - barrel that means what is left is not luck of the draw but 100% grade cs. This is my understanding of how things work. Guys that compete and have dough will pay a lot more for a barrel that has the possibility of being a "hummer". You pay for luck of the draw. You pay to have only grade As offered. Do i know what the quality will be on these barrels? Absolutely not. The circumstances and price make me suspicious as a informed consumer. If Larue could churn out sub moa barrels for $150 I think they would do it. It cant be done. Their triggers go up in price but barrels go down in price. My guess product quality is the same in the triggers but barrels I wonder. Cancelling my order. With Noveske White oak Compass lake and Craddock its just not worth it to roll dice with the cost of ammunition components. Not to mention prefits like x-caliber.The amunition components for the life of the barrel are 10x the cost of a stellar class barrel. Sorry for the false alarm I thought these were closeouts. As always- I could be wrong. This could be a smokin deal and me overthinking things..THings change. Look at BA. Decent barrels at $250 then they ramp production and now mediocrity or worse at $125. You cant make barrels that are consistantly sub moa for $150.

IMO You get luck of the draw two places. Top end barrel manufacturers where they pride themselves that a average joe can get a hummer. Bottom end manufacturers where the product is not worth the time to examine and sort. Youy can get a hummer out of a bottom end but odds are 20 times better with a top end. Finding out will exceed the cost of the barrel in components.

I noticed these aren’t available on LaRue’s site anymore. Discontinued maybe?
