I bought an AO BCG from RTB and it had burrs on the gas key stakes. I filed them off, but I was a bit disappointed that a defense contractor company would let something like that get past QC.

I take it AO is to Aero as KAK is to KAC?

Irritating.

Yep. Gundeal is right. AO is a big machine shop in Florida with defense contracts, a supplier of military grade components to several brands, and predates Aero by a couple of decades I believe. A legit business. If you own a SIG, Colt, etc. or use a bcg chances are it has AO parts. This is a very good deal.

no. having two letters in common does not make it a poor copy. And aero is not comparable to KAC. AO Precision has government contracts and also makes the BCG's for FN Ar-15's/
