when the alien or zombie apocalypse happens you'll wish you had one
Watch their old commercial, "every calico can deliver up to 100 good reasons..." LOL
One of the best quotes ever, and its in a commercial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bxE6MZlxGQ...
Says it at 32 seconds
I remember lusting for one of these for years... Republic of Kolorado, cant own one now.
Anyways, the commercial shows all the goodies they make you can get to go with this firearm. A lot of cool options
Ah old school calico. Too bad these things never caught on. Their 100 round magazines always seemed cool.
Interesting. I went to their website and I am intrigued. Would somebody please post a picture (or link) to the right side of the firearm?
Does it eject downward similiar to an AR-57?
ETA: I got what I needed. Truth About Guns had a write up and I saw some videos. I like it, but I'm a fan of the rifle length.
Thank you for posting this!!!! My FFL has had this on his wish list for a year and his supplier never has gotten one in. No practical purpose just very unique.
I thought it looked like a paintball gun.
Wow this company makes em unique

I joked about the weight, but Calico actually does make some pretty neat and good stuff and their "helical" fed magazine is pretty revolutionary. Alas, it's so out there and such an oddity that the company has gone out of production a couple of times.
Unloaded weight 2.25 lbs... loaded weight with a whole flippin' box of 9mm- 837 lbs (or so it would feel with an outstretched arm).
........well, that's enough internet for one day.
I think Chewbacca carried one of those!
