You can't be serious. This is a plastic grip. Magpuls grip is plastic. I'm all for the generic elitist gun owner argument 'you get what you pay for,' but this isn't a scope, a barrel, or a receiver. This is a plastic clamp on grip.

If many magpul items weren't so pricey the Chinese would not be so successful bootlegging them. "Made in America" is a great thing but does it earn a 400 percent markup compared to their competitors? Would you pay 100,000 for a Ford Focus when you could buy a Honda Civic for 25,000?

Ripping off Magpul is pretty low. Magpul gives us excellent products at good prices. They are a strong proponent of the 2A and put their money where their mouth is. They make stuff in America and employ our fellow citizens. Buying fake shit like this makes you one hell of a short-sighted asshole.

P.S. Happy New Year!

Just ordered 3 more. Already have 3 (one each on a POF p415 18", a Sig p516 10.5" pistol and a Sig p716 16"). The only weapon with Picattiny rail that was pretty tight fit (until I simply ground down the plastic with about 30 on-off's with the grip) was the POF. Also, Amazon has some complaints about the screw..... they seem solid to me.
+1 on the 700-800% argument (and I love Magpul for lots of stuff, and I don't like buying from China, but these "cheap knock-offs" are too solid too justify paying 8-fold just to buy American made with 600% mark-up just for brand recognition). IMHO of course.

Just got mine. compared to real Magpul plastic, this one seems a bit more brittle, but still more then enough to get the job done. I see no reason to pay 7 times this much for magpuls.

They're fine. I have a couple of these and a couple Magpuls. The Magpuls are better, but 700% better? I don't know. I forget which is which sometimes if that gives you any idea. But I'm not planning on smashing down walls with mine so.... not a huge deal for me. I ordered 2 more.

Reviews on Amazon make it sound like these are probably meant for airsoft, or are just part of their continued campaign to screw over Americans at every turn. Either way, crazy lightweight, cheap plastic supposedly, like what comes on a really cheap airsoft gun.

cant sell "Real" weapon accessories on amazon, so they put different title or description. something ii just learned while doing some online shopping

Search "ak-47 accessories" and tell me that again. eBay is a little stricter on this stuff (especially if they think it is an "assault weapon" part) and Amazon does not sell any magazines. You can buy gun stuff all day long on either site but they do have gaps in what they sell.

I've bought tons of "real" weapons accessories on Amazon. Search Amazon for Magpul, 10/22, etc. Amazon doesn't carry magazines.

Mine showed up 16 days after I placed the order. I compared it to real one I got from Academy and aside from being mirror image (screws/nuts on opposite sides) it is absolutely indistinguishable from the $32 version. Good deal.

How did this get bumped up again? It's not a deal when 3 sellers offer the same item at the same price.

amazon (amazon vendors) are on a paid monthly ad campaign, deal or no.

I can't believe gun.deals let this inappropriate comments posted. What a shame.

It’s more inappropriate that these unauthorized Chinese knockoff listings keep getting reposted and taking up space on gun.deals. What’s next: airsoft rifles, battery packs, and BB listings?

The chinese infringe on anything they can make money out of. I am an avid photographer and they infringe on canon and nikon products especially the flash... and they have perfected it within a few years. F them sons of chinese *itches!

As my memory , couple years ago we have some American like you, said Chinese AK is shit, see what's price now? How good quality they are?
May be someone don't have much budget to buy real one, but they can buy a cheaper one, also has 80% function item ,why not?

Shipping is several weeks because they're likely coming straight outta' Hong Kong.

Airsoft Magpul knock-off polymer is comparable to your vidya game or tv remote control's plastic. Tough enough to be dropped, but easily damaged subjected to any significant force. Maybe if its just for a fun gun, or you want to see if you even like AFG ergos for only $5? Ok, just know you get what you pay for. In this case, not much.
