Just looked at these yesterday...on amazon...same seller and the price was $99. Guess the dealers are already jacking up their prices.

Probably because Bump Fire Systems can't legally sell them anymore. So once they're gone, they're gone.

Earlier today the price "was" $114.99 shipped, revisited this ad again this afternoon the price is now $124.99 shipped. Last week they were only $90. Not necessarily a really good deal as Sportsman's Guide is only a couple dollars more.
