We cannot prevent shipping mishandling. But due to improper handling by carriers we do make it right. We offered this customer 25$ off or a full customer warranty to fix and make it right. We already gave this customer 50$ off and wanted another 50$ for a small buff mark which a 8 dollar off Casey's birchwood would fix. Seems to me like this is a customer trying to just get a better deal than what he has gotten. Most dealers offer 10 dollar off for a scratch.
Not sure about their 5.56 but I ordered a 6.5 Grendel upper from them and it is perfect in every way! Great customer service for me and answered several questions after they already had my money. I've had 300 ish rounds through my Grendel and it still groups better than I'm able to shoot. I highly recommend this company. If you have any questions ask me personally.
