This black anodized 80% closed trigger guard lower receiver for the AR-style platform is the nicest design on the market, bar none. This 80% lower is made from T6 aluminum stock billet and is 100 percent CNC machined. If you take a look at the photo you will see the added reinforcement and designs outclass the competition.

I was just informed by the store that they don't know which jig works with this as the supplier has not informed them yet.
So what's the point in anodizing an 80% lower? Because once you complete it would you not want to anodize the newly milled surfaces in the trigger pocket? I'm not an expert but that seems dumb.
You don't have to anodize after machining. I think most people are not going to anodize after machining anyway so at least this way you have a standard black lower.
Does anyone know which jig will work with this?
Nice looking design, but how is an 80% lower "100 percent CNC machined"? There's a head-scratcher.
it means 100% of the 80% lower was cnc machined...phrasing kinda sucks, but it's letting you know that they are saying everything they did is within tolerance, so if it's screwed up it's on you.
at least that's what i take it as.
Is this 7075 or 6061 aluminum? "T6" means nothing
