Terrible product and quality control. Override code for lock inside panel of door. (on the lock)
Mine had the lock fail 3 times in first year and had to fit lock myself the first 2 times. The 3rd time the local lock smith had to drill the safe lock and the directions for drilling the lock were sent to me. (security risk much????)(which were about a quarter of an inch off) They sent out a new lock again with lock smith but nothing to fix the door had 2 holes in door. Cannon customer service is bad. Kept telling me it was the battery. When I had tried 3 batteries.
Costco were not any help. Had to get a manger involved to take it back and was highly inconvenient to have to get it back out of house put on a trailer and take back to the local store. The door static bold are held in place by smaller screws from inside the door.
Just poor quality. Give it a pass.

Who needs a fridge anyway when you can have this guy to replace its spot
