  • Great primers. Though last time I bought them, I paid $349.50 for 15,000. Not 1,500, yes, 15,000.

Wow, I purchased 1000 Federal small pistol primers from Brownell's about 2 weeks back for a total of $111.78. According to this price I got a pretty good deal cause you'll still have to pay the Hazardous Mat charge & shipping on top of this price.

Not too long ago, people complained (on here) if 9mm was more than 16c per round. I'm not saying 15c per primer is good, just that nitpicking over a few dollars when stuff is cheap isn't good. Wish I'd have bought a lot more "overpriced" 9mm at 17c per round two years ago.

I'm from a small town with only 3 small gun stores. Sadly none of them has been able to get any reloading supplies since COVID started. I've been watching, hoping someone would get a decent deal on primers so I wouldn't have to go gunbroker. Glad this deal popped up today. Ordered 2 cases!

I just bought 1000 small cci pistol primers at sportsman’s warehouse for 23$

I wish I could buy them at a local store but the closest cabelas is 3 hrs away, and closest sportsmen’s warehouse is 2 hours away. If I did go there I’d be gambling if they even had them in stock because they can’t give you inventory over the phone. Every local place is either sold
Out out they are .20 cents each.

This only a "deal" for people that dont care about saving money by reloading. This is obvious price gougung by an online retailer. Ohnestly probably wouldnt want to buy from them after the ammo shortage is over.

To expensive. You can buy 1k of winchester primers at cabellas for 50 bucks.

Primers are on the way back. Went to my local Cabela's and found quite a few for sale. Price was the same as before the pandemic. I think the larger outdoor stores are getting stock and quietly putting it on the shelves. Bought 1000 primers and there were many more left. I didn't actually go to buy them but thought I better check and see what was on the shelves while I was there...glad I did.

If you're fortunate enough to even find them in the first place.

Yeah I hear you. Last month I found some winchester small rifle and large pistol in stock. Limit of 1 carton at cabellas. Also found federal large pistol match and large rifle at fleet farm limit 5 packs. I haven't seen any cci in stock since covid started. Only federal and winchester here and there.
