Description

The 2A Armament Aethon Receiver Set incorporates a new aesthetic and a different feature set to their standard Balios Lite Gen 2 receivers. The lower incorporates a refreshed magazine well design, as well as a new grooved beaver tail area. Dual QD swivel sockets have been integrated at the rear of the receiver, ideal for use with your favorite single-point slings. Like the Balios Gen 2, the Aethon uses a screw-in pin to retain the bolt catch/release, removing one of the biggest headaches when assembling a lower as well as significantly reducing the chances of slipping and scratching the receiver.
Despite their differences, 2A Armament has designed the Aethon receivers to be a perfect aesthetic match to the Balios Gen 2, allowing shooters to pick and choose the feature set that best suits them.
