I recognize that thumbnail..
The reason these are so cheap is because they're Chinese knockoff's.
I'm not just saying that either, I've bought from sites just like this before.. Granted, they probably will work for a little while. But this is a true case of "get what you pay for." You can also find $59 EOTech's if you look :)

For airsoft of decoration they're probably good enough...but I would suspect a lotta folks around here wouldn't be too happy with the quality.
