Thank you for the input. I'm sorry to hear of the issues you were having. I've heard of one other case where the BCG didn't trip the dust cover, but that seems to be very rare. As far as the binding, we've sold hundreds of these and haven't had any customers contact us yet with issues, perhaps you just got a bad egg. AIM is very good on working with customers on issues related to their BCG's, you may want to contact them regarding your issues, if you haven't already done so. Thanks again!

Poor design. I would not buy another. The two ring glands on the rear are larger diameter than mil spec. For whatever reason, this BCG binded up in 2 of my 5 lowers. Also because of the flat design, it will not open the ejector door when I pull the BCG back just slightly to check for a round in the chamber. Otherwise, it seems to function fine. Purchased from another retailer. Granite Ridge is an awesome retailer.
