We have a lifetime warranty on all products and try to resolve each issue. If there is an issue like this we do offer blemished price if the customer wants too keep something that is blemished or full product replacement. We have very few returns and warranty issues
Sorry to say I had the opposite experience. The rifle I ordered from wraith was poorly assembled blem parts. Machining marks ranged from visible in just the right light, to obvious chipping that showed through the gunkote. Multiple steel components had surface rust on arrival. Gas block was crooked, captured springs and lower receiver tension screw were simply not implemented. I removed the castle nut by hand. This was a poorly constructed blem at full price.
A few months ago I purchased a 16" Tier 1 and 10.5" CQB QPQ upper from Wraith....very impressive quality for the price! And I have to say the 10.5" upper with the linear comp must have a near perfect gas port because it is one of the smoothest shooting AR's I have ever shot! And I have built and shot several dozen from all ends of the spectrum!
I have made numerous calls and sent emails and even sent messages on your Facebook inquiring when my item will ship. I have yet to receive a response.
