AR-15 CBC 15" Arms IRS-Keymod is a modern designed Handguard made from high-quality aluminium and is build to handle the hardest use and abuse of tactical and competitive shooting. The Keymod is CNC milled from aluminium alloy and hard coated anodized for added strength.
The Rail comes with a barrel nut where the Handguard is clamp mounted with 2 screws for additional strength. The anti-turn millings prevent turning even at the hardest use.

tried looking at Matrix Arms? WiseArms has them at similar price and shipped from the state over in LA. I got a 15" Charlie from them.
I have been looking for a handguard but shipping kills the deal completely. The lowest rate was $13 to Texas.
