After waiting 6 weeks for delivery, I received my Cannon safe. There was no damage to the outer cardboard packaging, but to be sure; the driver and I removed the protective cardboard and plastic to find a safe in poor condition. There was a nearly two foot long split along the back seam revealing the inner insulation. This was not a small crack, but a major split large enough to place a hand inside and revealing the poor quality of the outer steel walls and seams. Much less secure than would be found on the rear panel of a typical refrigerator. For Costco to call this a safe is generous; it is really a fancy storage cabinet.
