Each of us carries a distinct identity captured by our fingerprints. With a tactical black-grey unassuming look, grip the Identity’s fingerprinted handle and begin marking your own imprint. For use as a deep carry easy to conceal, the jimping along the back of the blade, ambidextrous flipper and reversible clip allow any and all hand sizes, left and right, a firm reliable grip. At a hefty 6.5 oz. and boasting a 3.5 in. blade, the ease of use and grip make it not too big, while the tactical nature of its design for this close quarter combat survival tool is not too small either. The wear resistant 8Cr13MOV blade steel demonstrates a proven ability to take and hold an edge. With more carbon for enhanced durability, it won’t break, stays sharp, doesn’t wear and won’t rust. Whether for self-defense, camping, manual labor, boating or hunting, buy the Kershaw Identity and forge yours by using it hard for all your beach, lake, river, garage, office, garden and outdoors needs.

The bad shit is, the made in China part...I own many of the USA made ones and they can't be beat...you can keep the Chinese made BS
Which USA made knives are superior to this one for anywhere near the same price?
I'm something of a compulsive bargain hunter and big fan of the Chinese made budget Kershaws for their value, but I don't compare them to USA made knives that cost 3-5x the price or more. An attractive, speedsafe, 3.5" blade, 8Cr13MOV steel Kershaw for less than $14 is a pretty good deal, IMHO, regardless of where it is made. That's a lot of knife for the money.
Calling any knife "BS" simply because it's made in China rather than considering quality vs price is the real BS.
I liked the Kershaw Filter ($13 at Walmart), but regret later buying the Manifold and Lifter, due to their weight. I think my favorite Chinese Kershaw is still the Clash, and that was one of the first I bought. I have a drawer full of these now and tend to use whichever one I grabbed first before leaving the house.
When you go to Amazon the price is $21.26. Hate that shit!
