On the box it is labeled as 5.56 x 45, so I don't think it should be fired in .223 only firearm.

This add is a little confusing to me. Is it .223 or 5.56?? The picture shows 5.56 but the headline says .223. Im sure you are aware that 5.56 SHOULD NOT be fired through a .223 chamber. Thanks, Mike
