The MR920 Foundation is built around Shadow Systems' own Multi-Role Frame, designed to provide dramatically reduced recoil and muzzle flip. The frame makes use of new manufacturing techniques to wrap more texture around the curves of the grip—so it sticks to your hand for enhanced control. And like the more expensive MR920s, the MR920 Foundation also works with aftermarket Glock® 19 holsters, magazines and accessories. The slide features pocket-cut serrations to reduce weight and enhance controllability, and features the same optics mounting technology (more on that below) you'll find on Shadow Systems' more expensive models. The mounting system allows direct mounting of many popular red dots without using a plate. The MR920 Foundation features a match-grade 4" barrel with smooth finish and conventional rifling, so it's compatible with lead bullets. The drop-safe polymer trigger features a 4.5-5 lb. trigger pull and crisp, tactile reset.
