The firearms produced after Tisas learned of the potential problem do not have the potential problem and are not subject to the recall. Regarding the Nightstalker 45 that is being advertised here, If the firearm has a SN higher/later than "T0620-24AK00873" the firearm is not affected and no action is required. At this point I think it would be unlikely that you'd receive one from a reputable dealer that is still subject to the recall. Prior to purchasing you could call the seller and verify that the firearm you'll receive is GTG as is. (Not subject to the recall)
Tisas firearms that have already been upgraded due to the recall can be identified by a mark that will be stamped into the frame, remove the mainspring housing to locate. Cases will also have a QC Approved sticker affixed.
