Just saying, not all of us have the cash laying around to buy bullets 1000 at a time. Plus with the retail me not cash back these come to 19.55 cents a round. We used to pay more for 9mm steel case ammo about 2 years ago at walmart. (10.99 a box I believe). Imho for what it is it's a good deal. At least for what I need it for.

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnaul_Cartridge_Plant...
"MONARCH (Academy Sports) – Barnaul currently makes the steel-cased ammunition for Academy Sports' MONARCH brand. (Academy Sports is an American purchasing and importing group that buys foreign made ammo and resells it under their brands at their own chain of stores)."
and a video or so on the all knowing U-tube, this is Brown Bear. So consider the price (including shipping) etc. and you immediate needs, checkout Brown Bear on Wikiarms to see if this is a good deal for you.

this guy is smart. if you cant afford 1000 rounds at a time then goto walmart for target ammo for 223 or 556 they carry both . amd i bought some 300 blk out. There also very nicely priced .

I can see if a person only wanted a 125 rounds or so shipped for free how this could be a deal. If you buy a 1000 rounds at a time, then I agree, 3 cents more a round for brass would be the way I'd go.

If these are similar to tula wolf, why would people paying more for it? Just about .02 cents more, but why?

Comparable to Tula steel?

Barnaul is usually at least comparable, if not better, than Tula.
Similar to wolf as well.

It is a really light load. It has worked well in in most rifles with mid to rifle gas systems. one rifle length gas system doesn't like it, and fails to extract every time. Not enough gas to overcome the stiffer "enhanced" buffer spring

you must have a crazy high end rifle such that the gas port is highly tuned to a specific load. I don't have any problems with this from pistol to rifle length gas.
