Description

Sumbro SM9115 NATO Conformant 9mm 115gr FMJ w/ Ginex Hard Primer -1000 Round Case

Sumbro is a Macedonian company, and the ammunition is manufactured at a military munitions plant to NATO MIL-SPEC standards. This ammunition is brass-cased, boxer primed, non-corrosive and is reloadable. It is great ammunition for range shooting and target practice.

PLEASE NOTE:

This ammunition is tested and ideal for use in all 9x19mm weapons designed to shoot NATO MIL-SPEC 9MM ammunition, both performance and accuracy are excellent. The ammunition is recommended without reservation for use in these weapons. Some Glock, Smith & Wesson, and possibly other (non-hammer type) 9MM pistols appear to have insufficient primer impact force to consistently initiate the MIL-SPEC Ginex Low-Sensitivity Primers. The ammunition is not recommended for use in these weapons.

DON'T BUY THIS FOR YOUR HANDGUN. My friend is going through a police academy and the academy had purchased this in bulk. In a single day they went through 300 rounds, 127 of the 300 did not fire. Pistols included Glocks, Sigs, and another brand that I can't remember currently. The ammo has a very heavy primer, pistols will not set off the primer reliably. The ammo works fine in sub machine guns. They shot MP5s a few days later and the ammo ran flawlessly minus being filthy.

This man is correct based on my research a while back. I could have got a great deal on this stuff way below market value, but all forums pointed towards this ammo being terrible unfortunately. Maybe in the future they will fix the issues, but right now I wouldn't touch it to be safe.
