The big improvement in the Kimber revolver product line, the K6s DASA .357 Mag, adds a double and single-action trigger mechanism to the well-known K6s system. The platform includes the characteristics of the original K6s, like the exceptional double-action trigger pull, the small envelope, and the six-shot capacity, but with the bonus of a single-action trigger. The K6s DASA with a 2-inch barrel, the first double/single action for the K6s family offers the power required for concealed carry, home protection, and many more uses for people who need a small device with light recoil. The basic K6 offers several enhancements over current steel-frame snubbies, and the 3-inch version shows a substantial overall improvement. The additional inch of barrel length, which increases sight radius, is what distinguishes the 3-inch Kimber K6s from the rest of carry-sized revolvers. All K6 models from Kimber come with top-notch sights. There are now four more models of the DASA available. Two of them feature completely adjustable rear sights: the 4-inch Target GFO and the 4-inch Target. There are 3- and 4-inch barreled fixed-sights Combat variants. The 4" Combat variant has a finger-grooved combat grip that is extended for added control. The excellent trigger makes this revolver a great shooter, and having 6 shots in a revolver for self-defense is undoubtedly satisfying.
